Learn English at Home (LEAH) is a Voluntary organisation operating in Kingston and Richmond. They cater for the needs of non-English speaking residents who, for various reasons, are unable to attend classes.

You do not need teaching experience to volunteer. Our free training course consists of two hour sessions once a week for (usually) eight weeks. (We aim to match you with your student half-way through the course to give you more practical experience).

Support and materials are available to you, such as tapes, course books and a cassette player.
